Acer’s Fall Finale Game 2

Game two saw the addition of the Sidewinder’s Number 1 pitcher to the lineup.

The Sidewinders faced the NW Wildcats.

Rachael used some tips from her teammate Danni that lead to a great hit to straight away center field. Unfortunately due to the lack of temporary fences in the outfield, what should have been a home run was an out as the out field was playing extremely deep due to an earlier inside the park homer.

After 2 games Rachael is batting .500.

Final Score: Sidewinders 6 – NW Wildcats 1

Acer’s Fall Finale Game 1

Game 1 saw the Sidewinders with a somewhat reduced roster facing the NW Ladysharks. In the end the Sidewinders Bats were too much for the Ladysharks.

Final Score: Sidewinders 9 – Ladysharks 5

Tournament Added! September 24-25

Rachael will be playing with The NW Sidewinders GE 18 Gold in the Acers Fall Finale September 24th-25th.

All games will be played at Celebration Park in Federal Way. Three games on Saturday and 2 or 3 games on Sunday.

Sidewinders Fall Invite Day 2: Rained Out

Day one of the Sidenwinders Ended with a deluge of rain. All of the teams were able to finish their games but the rain would not give up. It rained all night and into the morning hours, causing the second day of the Sidewinders Fall Invite to be cancelled. The Sidewinders, however, are not a team to rest on their laurels. They took the opportunity to head to Washington High School in Tacoma and practice.

Day one if the Sidewinders Fall invite proved to be quite a day of softball for the NW. All of the best teams in Washington showed up to go head to head in what proved to be some great competition. Below are the results:
